Social media
The owners’ association does not use social media.
However, a Facebook group "Glyptoteksgården" has been created as a private initiative, which interested parties can access. Local matters are raised and discussed here.
It should be noted that not all residents are members of the group, and therefore it cannot be used as a general information medium for the owners’ association.
As its use is a private initiative, the board of the owners’ association is not responsible for the content on this platform.
The owners’ association does not communicate via social media, and therefore posts cannot be expected to receive a response. All communication to and from the board takes place through the administrator and/or caretaker.

Budget and accounts are organised so that expenses and income are recorded according to purpose.
Loan: In connection with the construction of a building for waste containers and bicycle parking, a joint loan was taken out in December 2023 to finance the project. Approximately half of the owners repaid their share immediately, while the remainder entered into an instalment plan over a 10-year period. Instalments are collected by the administrator together with contributions to common expenses. The outstanding balance of the loan can be repaid early subject to a fee to the bank and the administrator.
Parking basement is included in both the budget and the accounts as an intercompany account between those members of the owners’ association who have the right of use to a parking space and Hotel Cabinn, which manages the parking basement on a day-to-day basis. Owners who do not have a parking space are therefore not charged for the operation of the parking basement.
